Streng Realty

Steve Streng is a realtor in the Sacramento area specializing in modern homes. As the son of Sacramento’s premiere mid-century modern residential developer Jim Streng of Streng Bros. Homes, Steve has a lifetime of vast experience in the real estate industry from designing, building, and renovating to sales and valuation of homes. We teamed up with Steve to help him hone and elevate his brand by updating his color palette, developing a design language that included a custom pattern and iconography, and establishing an overall look for his materials to follow. The updates were inspired by the clean and timeless angles and design of the architecture of the homes that the Streng Bros. built. We also redesigned Steve’s website, and integrated coding that seamlessly ties to MLS data for ease of updates and the most current real estate search results in the region.
