Branding + Retail
Bistro 103
A new restaurant opening up in the quaint town of Auburn, California needed a brand. The town was founded the late 1800s, and the city has worked hard to maintain a classically western, gold rush era look and feel. With this in mind, we developed a logo that drew inspiration from old hand-painted signs and matched it with a color palette that drew from the surrounding environment as well as the colors of the town. The result is a business that blends harmoniously with its neighbors and feels right at home. We also developed the restaurant’s website, exterior signage and interior design plans that carried the color palette throughout the space, while retaining much of the vintage-industrial qualities of the existing building. In addition, we sourced materials and products for the design and build-out.
